Zucchini & Tomato Bake

2 -3 Zucchini sliced
1 pint of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
6 King Oyster Mushroom sliced
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
1 spoonful OG Basil Nut-Quite Cheeze
1/4 cup of water mixed with 1/2 tsp of salt


Set oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix everything together making sure vegetables are coated well.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
